The connection! It’s one of the reasons why I love my job so much. I love being with a family for about an hour or two and really getting to know them. I love getting to know the connection within their unique relationship. I love watching them light up around each other. I love learning their natural smiles and natural embraces and working with them so that I capture those. Most of all, I love photographing people who I have made a connection with. It makes my job even more special then it already is! The Beste family was one of those families. I couldn’t have asked for a more sweet and welcoming family and I hope this is the first family shoot of many, many more to come! For one, I MUST see little cutie Oliver get older. BTW, how cute and PERFECT is that name? But also, Rebecca and I need to be bffs, or at the very least go get a glass of wine together every once and a while. The girl made me laugh and cry (the happy kind) all in one visit. This family is just too awesome!
