Photographing families matters to me because, at the core of it all, is love. Love in the way it grows, stretches, and multiplies over time. Love in the way it tethers two souls together, bonds a mother and daughter so deeply they know what the other is thinking, or quietly helps someone put one foot in front of the other after deep grief. Somewhere along the way, our industry became caught up in perfection, productivity, and performance—and at one point, I prioritized that. But the reason I entered photography, and the reason I’m still here after 16 years, has always been simple: people. Your people. Your story. Your love…multiplied.
