• hi there, friend!

Thank you for stopping by my favorite little nook on the inter webs. This blog is where I post all the pretty and personal stuff in my day-to-day. I am a wedding and family photographer whose heart goes pitter-patter over seeing and experiencing your one-of-a-kind love. I am an impassioned wife and momma and wholeheartedly inspired by the love that surrounds me on a daily basis. I am currently based in Delaware and travel anywhere in the Mid-Atlantic.

Success when it comes to Christmas is measured in the following three ways: smiles, laughter, and tears of happiness. By that definition, my first Christmas as a family of three was successful. And because the majority of my day today was filled with multiple trips down to the trash and recycling cans and creating a new “Things to […]

  • SB - Congrats on your first Christmas as a family of three! Such amazing shots to remember this very special holiday….I love the one of you two in the snow, it is so beautiful!

Thank you so much for doing Audrey's 2 year photos…they are so wonderful! I am absolutely delighted with how they came out. You are so amazingly talented and it was so fun to "work" with you! xoxoReplyCancel

  • Shannon Shorter - As always…AMAZING photos!!! You are so talented, Stacy! You should be so proud!! One thing I really loved about a few of these were those of Addisyn rubbing her ear…Soren used to do the SAME thing whenever he got tired…just like here, it didn't matter whose ear, as long as there was one close!!ReplyCancel

  • StacyHartPhotography - @ Shannon- that is awesome about Soren. It is the little things that our kids do that make our hearts smile. Now I put my ear up to her hand because I love when she rubs it.

@ Sheri- you and your family are beautiful. I hope to see you more often in the future.ReplyCancel

I first started this blog as a means of trying to bottle up all the love that was bursting from my soul. I needed a way to express everything or, at the very least, the most important things I was feeling as a new mother and as a wife. More than that, there was a […]

It has been eleven months and I still haven’t perfected the Stay At Home Mom (S.A.H.M) gig. Actually, I have come to grips with the fact that it probably will never happen. But, I thought at this point I would have the schedule down to include: showering and brushing my teeth all before lunch. Ha […]

  • Angela Cinaglia - GAH!!!!! So far, so GREAT!!!!! Holy cannoli I am so freaking excited to get these pics!!!! LOL Love your blog post, btw. You are one motivated momma! <333ReplyCancel

  • Katie - Ive been a SAHM for over 5 years now Stacy… and I still prefer my yoga pants every day! I own several pairs… =) You are too cute! And a wonderful momma! Just when you think you have a schedule mastered… the kiddos will change their routine on you!ReplyCancel

  • Kelli Schneider - It is good to know I am not the only one who skips lunch and showers at 4pm on my days off! I'm very proud of you for putting together a schedule for yourself, I definitely don't have that type of motivation, yet!

It was great spending time with you last Saturday! I appreciate you sharing your videos with me, it was great to see the Broadhurst familys' true colors! I told Kelly she has some stellar dancing skills and I also gave Davie Johnson a shout out on Facebook! Take care!ReplyCancel

  • Life with Kaishon - I know just what you mean! Sometimes I want to stay in my pajamas all day and then when my baby is getting off the bus I feel like SUCH a slacker. How did this happen to me? Thank goodness I have to go work in the city at least 3 days a week or I would LIVE in my jammies! : )ReplyCancel

  • Darcy - You don't even have to be a SAHM to have those types of bad habits. Whenever I work from home, I'm lucky if I get my teeth brushed before lunch and a shower before my workday is over. One of the many benefits of living by myself is that no one will be killed by my 1 PM morning breath :-)

So glad we got to chat a bit yesterday! I love you and am looking forward to seeing you on the 28th!ReplyCancel

  • Jackie Komar - New pictures of Addisyn are SO cute. Weekends are bad at our house, nothing but comfy pants, poor Brian, that is the only time we really get to see each other.

    Oh well! :0)ReplyCancel

  • Anonymous - You are so talented! I love your blog and all of the photos :)ReplyCancel

  • laura sitterson - I knew I had a problem with my working from home when Tim would get home from work at 5:30 and I'd still be in my pajamas :) It's so easy to lose track of the time! I love the blog :) Keep up the great work!ReplyCancel

  • SB - Stacy- don't you worry, girl! You've got the motivation and good spirits to tame the whole SAHM thing! You're organized and you have the WILL, plus you've got a wonderful support system :) I love the pics of Addy, you are so lucky to spend so much time with her, just doing the little daily things. Can't wait to see you next week…the sneak peeks look amazing, great job!!ReplyCancel

  • StacyHartPhotography - Thank you for all the wonderful support and comments. I espeically love that I am not alone when it comes to wearing pajamas all day long. I love that I have wonderful woman and men in my life that like to kick it comfy style all day long.ReplyCancel
