When Carly first contacted me to photograph her and Jon’s wedding I could hardly contain myself. I think I did a happy dance as soon as I read the Facebook message to my hubby. I just adore Jon’s family so much, and although I didn’t know Carly very well at the time, I had already photographed her once at a family shoot and her smile just radiates with sunshine. With these two as the bride and groom, I knew this was going to be one of my fave weddings. And, I couldn’t have dreamt of a more perfect day for them. I think I happy cried a total of four times, yet I just couldn’t stop smiling. The whole day was filled with special moments. When I first arrived at the absolutely adorable Stolzfus Homestead and Gardens, I was blown away with the detail that Carly had created for her day. But the details were a small part of what made her day perfect. Much more than that, it was the love of everyone who supported and surrounded them and how happy we all were to celebrate Jon and Carly joining as one flesh under God. Carly and Jon, thank you for choosing me for your special day! XO!
Jon builds derby cars with his dad so he wanted a picture by his latest project :-)
So stinkin’ pretty! I first started crying when she revealed herself to her momma. It was so sweet! That is one proud dad! And then this!! Gah!
Her bridesmaids are the best! One of my favorite moments. Oh, and this too. Her Matron of Honor prayed over her when she first saw her fully dressed. Stunning! Love this place! How cute are they?
A worship song in the middle of the ceremony. Love it! So sweet! Love them! This was amazing!
XO,
Stacy
