Happy Monday, friends! I am SO beyond stoked to officially (because blog posts make it official) introducing our newest Stacy Hart Photography administrative assistant/second shooter, Megan! If you have been a long time follower of my photography business, you know that I often write about trying to balance running a full time business AND being a present momma/wife. It was super manageable to do with Steve being home the last two years, but with his most recent job offer as a full time Operations Director at our church (post coming on that sometime soon), we knew hiring someone was going to be crucial for my business. Enter Megan! She is actually a 2017 SHP bride and fellow photographer in Delaware. Crazy, huh?!? I photographed her and Cody’s engagement pics this past spring and during a post-session dinner together at one of my favorite Greeneville, DE restaurants (Pizza By Elizabeths) we discussed the future of her business and her career. It wasn’t long before I decided to ask her to be my more permanent second shooter. And then, very shortly after working with her at a few weddings, I decided she needed to stick around. I just adore her! She is joyful, professional, artistic, passionate, a go-getter and she has so much drive. Not to mention she can interpret Stacy Hart “mommy brain” language when I just can’t get out what I am trying to say. Ha!
Before we give Megan a big warm welcome, I just want to leave this post by saying a huge “THANK YOU!!!!” to all my clients (past and present) who have supported me along the way. It’s because of you I am blessed enough to grow my business by one more. And thank you Megan for making it so easy to get your started. You are a perfect fit for this crazy biz that I love so much. XO!
