So, this little one…

We have been waiting on him for quite a while. And not just nine months, but maybe even a whole year before we even knew my sister was pregnant with JP, we were praying for this little Irish nugget. And now that he is here, it is just perfect. Joseph was born on Christmas day and I am not sure that could have been more fitting. His dad happens to be the most patriotic Christmas-lovin Irish American I know! My sister and brother-in-law have fallen naturally into their roles as mommy and daddy and I can’t get enough of my sister’s text updates. She is a mommy! and a beautiful one at that :-) Little JP is such a blessing in our lives. Welcome to the world (a month ago) little man!

P.S. Patrick Joseph, if you couldn’t tell by the name, is a proud American, but very connected to his Irish roots. So I am sure you will see a theme going on here :-)
