So, here is a little secret. Carly and Jon go to my my church and Jon is the brother of a past (amazing) bride so when I found out they got engaged, I turned to my husband and I said “OoOoOohhhh! I really hope they ask me.” I photographed Carly and Jon at a recent summer photo shoot for Jon’s whole family and although I spent less than 10 minutes with them as a couple (they weren’t engaged yet), I wanted more time! They were so cute. Now that you know all that, can you imagine my happy dance when I received Carly’s message about wanting me to photograph their LOVE??? I have three words for ya’ll: “Carlton” and “Running Man!” Then the shoot happened and although I have been to this venue a hundred times before, it was just different this time. It fits their style and who they are SO perfectly. Anybody who has been at a shoot with me knows that when I get excited, I say crazy things and squeal or sing when I get excited!!! You guys probably think I am crazy, but then when you see the results I hope you can see why I got SO excited. Take this shoot for example: beautiful people, beautiful light, perfect outfits, and a beautiful LOVE. Carly and Jon, I am beyond thrilled I can be part of your special day! I hope you enjoy your sneak peeks.
