A secret wedding proposal has been on my photography bucket list for a few years now, so you can imagine my excitement when Jed first contacted me and told me about his idea on how he wants to propose to his girlfriend Priya. He was excited yet calm as he explained how everything was going to go down. I’m impressed to say that almost everything was on point with what he had hoped and it was really fun watching it unfold last Saturday in front of my camera.
Aside from the fact that I’m pretty sure I was a secret spy in another lifetime and I impressed myself with my excellent sleuthing skills, it was Priya and Jed’s happiness that made this day one of my faves to shoot. My only wish is that I could have stayed to photograph their engagement pics right there. But, we did manage to get a few portraits in before they had to run off to their celebratory dinner.
